gorgeous!

the weather here has been fantastic, and we were able to go to the park on sunday…  all the wood chips had been washed away, and there was all kinds of debis from the rain last week, so it was kind of a mess.  come to think of it, we probably should’ve gone to a different park, but who knew?swingin' baby  babycakes had a great time, even if it was a wreck…  you can see the leaves stuck in the fence, that’s how high the water was!

babycakes took her first ride on a swing, and beanie showed her the ropes.swingin' sisters  the bean also went down the slide and through the little yellow tunnel.  it’s funny how much she has changed in just a few short months.  last fall, she wouldn’t go near either!

while we were busy frolicking and cavorting, hunny was able to regrade the soil around the hatchway and spread seed on the lawn.  the previous owners were clearly not outdoor people (not that we are, but we like to give that impression), so he broke up the huge blobs of bulbs that were in the most random parts of the yard and replanted them in more appropriate places.  we all got to do something fun, i love weekends like this!!

she’s kick her feet and the swing would move – it would crack her up too… i’m not sure if it was laughter of enjoyment, or because she knew she looked so cute!!

  3. Sounds like you guys had a wonderful time! I hope you are out doing it all over again this weekend!

How can you say it’s gorgeous weather when your children are bundled up like snowmen?!?!?!?!
MOVE! You must MOVE! It’s entirely too cold there and now you are all mixed up about what gorgeous weather is.

that big blaring yellow flaming ball in the sky!!!! i think it’s called the “sun”(?!?!?) we don’t see it much… i didn’t want to fry the little baby’s skin off!! i’d have to adjust the straps on her carseat if she was just a skeleton!! i slathered the big one all up in lotion, but i didn’t want to fight with babycakes.
